we buy used racking
Racking you no longer load still holds part of what you paid for it, and our offer covers taking it down.

racking outlasts it's original plan
Someone has to put a price on the steel that's left and take it down, often before a date you didn't pick.
leaving the building
A lease end or a closing sets the day, and the racking has to be down and gone before it.
no price to go on
If nobody in the building has sold used racking before, there's no number to hold a first offer against.
what the offer is built on
Walk the racking with these four in mind and you'll see what moves the number before we visit.
1. the brand
A brand plenty of warehouses already run is easier for us to resell, and that shows in the number.
2. condition
A bent upright or a dented beam lowers the offer on the bay it sits in.
3. paperwork
Racking that still has its load charts and drawings is worth more than the same steel without them.
4. matching runs
Long runs of matching bays bring more per bay than a pile of mixed styles and loose parts.
you accept before anything comes down
Taking the racking down and hauling it out are part of the same offer.
